    Today’s idea of self-care often focuses on getting instant satisfaction. We’re told to treat ourselves to things that feel good right now.     • Health and Wellness: Don’t forget your physical and mental health. Schedule regular checkups, stay active, and build routines that support your well-being over time. Your health is your most important asset.
