    Focusing on the many external health factors that determine your health, i.e. macronutrient intake, strength training, etc., may overlook internal factors that will ultimately determine your long-term health and adaptation capabilities. Cultivating life-force energy creates a new realm of influence, one that manages your regulatory systems, maintains your vitality, and reduces the negative impact of chronic stress and over-stimulation. It also provides a broader base for holistic health maintenance than focusing solely on reacting to your deficiencies, diseases or fatigue.
